Does my collection sync between devices?
With Paldex Pro, yes — through your own private iCloud account. There is no account to create and no password to remember. Without Pro, your collection stays on the device.
What comes with Paldex Pro?
Unlimited collection and favorites, filtering by card kind, color, and type, and iCloud sync. It is available monthly, annually, or as a one-time unlock. Browsing every card is free.
Can I track the Japanese cards?
Yes. Tap the flag in the top-left to switch between the English and Japanese sets. Each is tracked separately, so your progress reflects whichever one you are viewing.
I restored my purchase but Pro is not showing.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used to buy it, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. If it still does not appear, email us and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In Settings, tap Manage Subscription, or go to your Apple Account settings on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro until the period ends.
