Not an official product

Paldex is an independent, unofficial collection tracker made by fans of the game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Bushiroad Inc., Pocketpair, Inc., or any of their partners.

Palworld, the Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME, all card names, card text, artwork, and logos are the property of their respective rights holders. They appear in Paldex to let you identify and organize cards you own, and no ownership is claimed over any of it.

Using the app

Paldex is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it on the Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell it, redistribute its contents, or extract its card data or images for another product.

Paldex Pro

Paldex is free to download and lets you browse the entire catalog. Tracking more than ten cards, filtering, and iCloud sync require Paldex Pro, available as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time unlock.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews within 24 hours of the end of the current period unless canceled beforehand. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. The one-time unlock is a single purchase with no renewal.

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple's to grant and are governed by the App Store Terms of Service; we cannot issue them ourselves, though we are glad to help you contact Apple.

Your data

Your collection belongs to you. It lives on your device and, with Pro, in your own private iCloud account. We cannot read it. Deleting the app removes the local copy; removing it from iCloud is done through your iCloud storage settings. See the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

Card data comes from the game's publicly published card list. Rarity names, set details, and release dates are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Any pricing information is provided by third parties, is linked rather than hosted, and should not be treated as an appraisal or as financial advice.

Warranty and liability

Paldex is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Day Well Spent LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date above will reflect it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms. Questions go to sup@daywellspent.io.
